Where would you like your massage?

The two routes work differently — one is booked through our clinic partner, the other puts you in touch with an independent therapist directly. Pick whichever suits the day you're having.

Option one

Massage at a clinic

A professional clinic setting, nine treatment choices and qualified therapists. Booked online through our clinic partner.

  • Eight neighbourhood clinics across west, central and north-west London.
  • Deep tissue, sports, remedial, pregnancy, reflexology, physiotherapy and osteopathy.
  • Fully qualified, insured therapists provided by the clinic.
  • Booked in about two minutes with instant confirmation — no account needed.
  • £20 off your first booking, applied with a code at checkout.
See clinic treatments → Each treatment has its own page explaining what's involved before you book anything.
Option two

Find a mobile therapist who comes to you

Independent mobile therapists advertise their services in our London directory and travel to your home, hotel room or office.

  • Treated where you are — no travelling, no waiting room, no rush home afterwards.
  • Search by treatment, postcode or London area.
  • You contact the therapist directly and agree the time, place and price between you.
  • You pay the therapist directly — the site never handles treatment payments.
  • Make your own checks on identity, qualifications, insurance and prices first.
Find a mobile therapist → Profiles are paid advertisements from independent providers — we take no bookings or treatment payments.

Two different relationships, and it matters. Clinic appointments are handled by a third-party booking partner we have an affiliate arrangement with. The mobile side is an advertising platform: therapists pay to advertise, keep 100% of what they charge, and we take no commission and play no part in the treatment itself.

Side by side

Which one suits you?

The short version: a clinic is the easier option if you want it handled for you, and a mobile therapist is the easier option if you'd rather not leave the building.

Before you book a mobile visit

Make your own checks

Independent advertisers are not vetted employees. A few minutes of questions before you agree anything is the whole of the advice.

  • Ask for the therapist's name, qualification and professional body registration.
  • Ask whether they hold current professional indemnity insurance.
  • Confirm the full price, any travel charge and the cancellation terms in writing.
  • Agree the exact address and who else will be present before the visit.
  • Tell someone you trust where you'll be and when you expect to be finished.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the two options?

A clinic appointment is booked online through our booking partner and takes place at one of their London clinics. A mobile therapist is an independent professional who advertises on our directory and travels to you — you arrange and pay for that treatment directly with them.

Can a therapist come to my hotel or office?

Many of the independent therapists in the directory advertise mobile visits to homes, hotels and workplaces. Confirm the service address, access arrangements and any travel charge with the therapist before you agree anything.

Does LondonMassage.com book my mobile appointment?

No. On the mobile side we are an advertising platform only. Profiles are paid advertisements, we do not arrange appointments, we do not take treatment payments and we do not take commission from the therapist.

How do I know a mobile therapist is genuine?

Make your own checks before arranging or paying for treatment: identity, qualifications, insurance, prices, cancellation terms and the exact service location. Our safety guidance sets out what to ask.

Which option is cheaper?

Clinic prices are set by the booking partner and shown as you book, and there is currently £20 off a first booking. Independent therapists set and quote their own prices, which may include a travel charge. Compare them for the treatment you actually want.

Can I use both?

Yes. Plenty of people book a clinic when they want a full assessment or a specialist treatment, and call on a mobile therapist when travelling or short of time.
