Aromatherapy massage adds scent and carefully diluted plant oils to a calming massage session. Depending on what is available, you may be offered a softer floral blend, a fresh uplifting blend or a warmer combination intended for a grounded, comforting feel.
Aromatherapy massage is usually available in 30, 60, 90 or 120 min. Longer sessions are not simply more of the same — they change how much of the body gets covered and how slowly the therapist can work.
Time for one or two areas — usually back, neck and shoulders — rather than a full body treatment.
Enough for a full body massage without rushing. The standard length for most treatments.
Full body, with extra time spent on the areas holding the most tension.
A slow, unhurried session where the ritual matters as much as the massage itself.
Session lengths are confirmed as you book. Availability can vary by clinic, therapist and time of day.

Every session should be adapted to you. Share relevant health information, say what you want from the appointment and speak up about pressure or positioning at any point.
Please note: Aromatherapy is offered for relaxation and wellbeing; essential oils should not be presented as treating or curing a medical condition.
Aromatherapy massage appointments are available across the London clinics — you choose which one as you book.
Available blends vary, but the therapist should discuss preferences and sensitivities with you before choosing a suitable option.
Tell the therapist before treatment and list any known triggers. A different blend, an unscented product or another treatment may be more suitable.
Pregnancy changes which oils and techniques may be suitable. Tell the provider how many weeks pregnant you are and consider the dedicated pregnancy massage option.
You can ask the therapist about the product used. Many people prefer to leave the diluted oils on for a while, but comfort and skin sensitivity come first.
Thirty minutes suits a focused treatment on one or two areas. Sixty minutes is the usual choice for a full body massage, while ninety or a hundred and twenty minutes leaves time to work more slowly and spend longer where you need it. You choose the length as you book.
