LondonMassage.com (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) provides information about massage treatments and directs visitors to a third-party booking provider. The operator of LondonMassage.com is the controller of personal information processed through this website.

Depending on how you use the site and how our hosting service is configured, we may process:

- affiliate referral information, such as a click or transaction reference reported by the affiliate provider. We do not intentionally receive your card details or medical information from the booking provider.

The current homepage does not itself install an analytics or advertising script. Our hosting provider may still use strictly necessary technology and create server logs for security and delivery. The site also requests web fonts from Google when a page loads; this sends technical information, including your IP address, to Google.
If we add Google Analytics, Google advertising services or any other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and provide a consent control before those technologies are activated. You will be able to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Disabling them will not prevent access to the site.
5. Affiliate links and third-party bookings
Booking links on this site are affiliate links. When you select one, you pass through our referral page and then leave LondonMassage.com for the third-party provider’s website. The provider may record the referral, place or read its own cookies, and process information you provide when booking. Its privacy and cookie notices apply to that activity.
If you book through an affiliate link, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. LondonMassage.com does not process the booking or payment.
6. Other service providers and disclosures
We may share limited information with organisations that help us host, secure and maintain the site, provide email, supply web fonts, administer affiliate referrals, or support professional and legal compliance. They may process information only for the relevant service or under their own notice where they act as a separate controller.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to establish or defend legal rights, or to protect users, the website or others.

Some providers, including Google, may process information outside the United Kingdom. We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including security, accounting and legal requirements. Enquiry emails are normally deleted when no longer needed; technical logs and affiliate reports are retained according to the relevant provider’s settings and our legitimate operational and accounting needs. We periodically review information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required.
